Cardinal Newman High School Complete St Andrew’s First Aid Mental Health Training
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates the 12 students from Cardinal Newman High School in Bellshill who, it understands, have become the first pupils in Scotland to complete the Ready for Life mental health training programme, which has been developed by St Andrew’s First Aid, and acknowledges the need for many more young people to be equipped with the ability to spot signs of mental health issues and to enable them to reach out and provide vital support.
