Celebrating Co-op Fortnight 2021

That the Parliament welcomes Co-op Fortnight, which is an annual celebration of the varied and diverse cooperatives around the UK; notes what it sees as the importance of the values of this traditional, member-owned business model, including to the economies of communities throughout Scotland, and celebrates in particular the work of Aberdeen Northern Marts Group, which is a community-owned farming, food and finance coop that has worked tirelessly throughout the COVID-19 pandemic to continue trading, including by keeping its livestock marts operating during a time of crisis while delivering for its wide membership and the entire north east rural economy.
