Frank Gilluley Foundation established to help those in need across Lanarkshire
The motion
That the Parliament commends Francis Gilluley for establishing the Frank Gilluley Foundation, to help those in need across Lanarkshire; acknowledges that the charity is named after Francis’ father, a popular, well known Bothwell resident who died in April 2021, and wishes the Foundation every success in its ambitious charitable fundraising plans.
