Dumfries and Galloway College: Number One College in Scotland for Full-Time Higher Education Passes
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Dumfries and Galloway College on its impressively high rates of full-time higher and further education passes, according to recently published Scottish Funding Council figures; further congratulates it on becoming the top college in Scotland for full-time higher education passes, and for placing in the top ten for students studying full-time courses in both further and higher education; appreciates that the entire full-time higher education cohort left the college with a qualification, and welcomes this impressive achievement; acknowledges that the college’s progress in recent years represents a commitment to excellence nurtured by Principal Joanna Campbell and her team at the college; further sends its congratulations to all students who gained their qualifications, and wishes them and the college well in the future.
