Congratulations to Mossgiel Organic Farm

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Bryce Cunningham from Mossgiel Organic Farm, Mauchline, on winning the tender to provide East Ayrshire schools with milk; understands that the milk will be fully-organic and non-homogenised, provided from family farms in South West Scotland, delivered in electric vans, and that no single-use plastics will be used; further understands that this will help to employ more local people, support more family farms, teach children in schools about sustainability and further reduce carbon emissions in the supply chain, and that the collaboration aims to save almost 400,000 single-use plastic bottles every year, and wishes Bryce and Mossgiel Farm all the very best for the future.
