NHS Grampian Breastfeeding Support and World Breastfeeding Week

The motion

That the Parliament recognises NHS Grampian's breastfeeding support during World Breastfeeding Week for the essential and inclusive service that it provides year round to families in the area, such as coordinating peer support groups remotely and using social media during the COVID-19 pandemic, offering training to volunteers to become breastfeeding peer supporters, and promoting the Breastfeeding Friendly Scotland scheme in the local community; commends the service's continued dedication to the shared responsibility for infant health, and wishes the dedicated staff and volunteers continued success in the future.
