Home-Start East Lothian's 21st Birthday

That the Parliament congratulates Home-Start East Lothian on its 21st birthday; commends the more than 40 highly trained volunteers for the offer of family support to over 100 families and 268 children each year in East Lothian; notes the important emotional and practical support that Home-Start provides; applauds its person-centred, individual approach to supporting families of all backgrounds across the county; praises the charity for its adaptation during the COVID-19 pandemic, which saw a reversion to telephone and digital support, as well as the delivery of wellbeing bags on a regular basis, and sends its best wishes to Home-Start for its postponed birthday celebrations in 2022.
