Bearsden in Bloom Brightening Up the Community
The motion
That the Parliament commends the community group, Bearsden in Bloom, which was established by a small group of residents who wanted to improve the town by making it greener; understands that the group works to clean up areas in East Dunbartonshire through community litter-pick sessions, and brightens up neighbourhoods by planting greenery and flowers for everyone to enjoy; acknowledges the positive impact that the beautiful scenery and greenery will have on the community and visitors, and thanks the growing number of hardworking volunteers for all that they do.
