Craigmillar Festival 2021

That the Parliament congratulates the volunteers, community members and organisations that contributed their time to create, help shape, promote, and run 2021's Craigmillar Festival; acknowledges the many challenges that they will have faced in creating safe events for the community; notes the history of the Craigmillar Festival, which started in 1962 and has run for over 40 years, acting as a "catalyst for social change"; understands that it has paved the way for, and inspired, many other local community arts initiatives across the world, and hopes that the festival will be enjoyed for years to come.
