Scott Weir: Entrepreneur of the Year at Scottish Ex-Forces in Business Awards

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Scott Weir, CEO of Pillow, on being named Entrepreneur of the Year at the Scottish Ex-Forces in Business Awards; acknowledges that the awards are one of the world’s largest for veterans who have built second careers after leaving the forces; applauds him for the work and vision that he has put into building Pillow, which provides expert and professional management services to holiday homes and serviced apartments, from its launch in 2016; understands that, under Scott’s leadership, Pillow is poised to break into the American market and continues to grow across Scotland and the UK; highlights Scott as an example for those leaving the armed forces and looking to change careers and wishes him, and his team at Pillow, the very best for the future.
