Huntly Home Care Team Receives the Heart of Aberdeenshire Caring Award

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates the Huntly home care team on receiving the Heart of Aberdeenshire Caring Award at 2021’s Inspiring Aberdeenshire Awards; understands that the award recognises those who have had a significant impact on the lives of vulnerable people; recognises that the Huntly home care team provides outstanding home care, as well as end of life care, to some of the most vulnerable in the Huntly community, and also supports the community on a voluntary basis by delivering food parcels, raising money for charity and assisting people through the recent gas outages; commends the team for its dedication to helping those in need in their local community, and wishes everyone involved all the best.
