That the Parliament recognises the fantastic charitable work carried out by Dougy Allsop around the Airdrie and Shotts constituency before, during and amidst the recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic; applauds his efforts in working for Diamonds In The Community, which is a local charity set up to assist those in financial need with household supplies and baby goods, and praises his selfless acts of kindness in the local community, which saw him nominated and chosen as the Airdrie and Shotts local hero.
