Caithness Cycling Competition
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Andrew MacLeod and Debbie Larnach for winning gold medals in Caithness Cycling Club’s annual hill climb championships; notes Andrew clocked a time of 5:21 and Debbie with a time of 7:06, in the 1.9 mile course on Scrabster Hill; congratulates all competitors for their efforts, and wishes all those involved the best for all future competitions.
