Netta Kennedy from Troon
The motion
That the Parliament recognises the outstanding efforts of 78-year-old Netta Kennedy who has received a Clean-Up Scotland Hero Award after years of litter picking; acknowledges that the gran-of-12, who is a librarian, has dedicated herself to cleaning up around Marr College and the playing fields; understands that she was nominated by the Troon Litter Crew, a group that she is part of; applauds Netta's efforts to involve her grandchildren and their friends in the litter picks; congratulates her on the incredible contribution to the community and her dedication to helping the environment over the years, and wishes Netta continued success.
