Edinburgh Zoo Welcomes Scotland's First Sloths

The motion

That the Parliament welcomes the arrival of Scotland's first sloths to Edinburgh Zoo; hopes that Moana and Fiera will adapt well to life in Edinburgh; understands that the arrival of the sloths is part of the Royal Zoological Society of Scotland's (RZSS) long-running conservation project that works to protect threatened species and their habitats in Brazil, and celebrates the aims of the RZSS to help visitors foster a deeper connection with nature and inspire future conservationists to better protect wildlife across the globe.
