Macmillan Motorbike Run Fundraiser

The motion

That the Parliament recognises the motorbike run fundraiser for Macmillan Cancer Support that took place in Orkney on 12 September 2021; understands that 167 motorbikes participated in the tour of the Orkney mainland; recognises that over £6,000 was raised in the fundraising effort organised by Dougie Stanger; notes that a £10 entry fee and fundraising efforts among the crowds who attended helped secure the grand total, which will be donated to Macmillan; thanks all those who participated in the event and donated to this worthwhile cause, and commends Dougie on another successful fundraising effort.
