50th Anniversary of West Dunbartonshire Citizens Advice Bureau

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates the staff and volunteers of West Dunbartonshire Citizens Advice Bureau, which is marking its 50th anniversary in September 2021; believes that its staff and volunteers have provided an invaluable service to the citizens of the West Dunbartonshire over the years, ensuring that people are aware of their rights and responsibilities, the services that are available to them or an inability to express their needs; understands that, in 2019-20, it advised over 4,925 clients on 28,826 issues and generated £1,725,339 in client financial gains, and wishes the Bureau at least another 50 successful years of supporting the community.
