Ayr SRUC Campus Lecturer, Cath Seeds, Shortlisted for the Most Innovative Teacher Award at the Higher Education Oscars

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates the Team Leader for Wildlife and Conservation Management at the Ayr SRUC Campus, Cath Seeds, on being shortlisted in the Most Innovative Teacher of the Year category at the 2021 THE Awards; recognises that Cath is one of only eight lecturers nominated for this UK-wide award; acknowledges the work that she has put into education during an unprecedented time, including the development of a virtual fieldtrip during the first COVID-19 lockdown; notes the benefit it believes that this will have for the students, and wishes Cath good luck as she attends the "Oscars" of higher education in London in November.
