125 Years of Corvi’s in Bo’ness

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Corvi’s Fish and Chip restaurant in Bo’ness on its 125th anniversary; notes that the people of Bo’ness have enjoyed generations of fine fayre and a friendly atmosphere from the family-run establishment since 1896; understands that five generations of the same family have run the business in Seaview Place, beginning with Antonio and Clementina Ferarri, passing down to today with their great-great granddaughter, Mairi-Ellena, and her husband, running things with her husband; congratulates Corvi’s on keeping its heritage and tradition alive, and looks forward to future generations indulging in a Broon fish supper or a Corvi’s haggis.
