Orkney Artisan Food Producer Receives Three-Star Award from the Great Taste Awards
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates family-run artisan food producers, Humes, on receiving a three-star award from the Great Taste Awards for their organic Orkney hot smoked salmon; recognises that this is the third award of this nature for the Orkney-based food producer; appreciates the company’s dedication to producing high-quality, award-winning local produce, and wishes it similar success with future products.
