Congratulations to Recovery Enterprises Scotland

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Recovery Enterprises Scotland, which has won the Employability category at the Health and Social Care Alliance Scotland Self Management Awards; understands that it works with communities to respond to social issues, such as poverty and isolation, and provide equitable access to support; notes the successful establishment of its Foundations Hub, which provides food packages, development sessions, peer support groups and other services four-days-a week as a step towards a seven-day recovery hub, and believes that an approach rooted in challenging stigma and discrimination has encouraged the development of self-worth and skills in volunteers.
