Rosebank Primary Receives Prestigious UNICEF Silver: Rights Aware Award
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Rosebank Primary School in Nairn on receiving UNICEF’s "Silver: Rights Aware" recognition, as part of their Rights Respecting Schools award; celebrates the promotion of children's rights in schools; recognises what it sees as the importance of children's rights in promoting self-confidence, self-advocacy and self-respect; understands that Rosebank Primary School is the latest of thirteen schools in the Highlands to receive this award, and wishes it well on its ambition to achieve the gold award in the future.
