Zain’s Curry House Dalry is the Best Takeaway in Ayrshire

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Zain’s Curry House in Dalry on being named Ayrshire’s best takeaway/delivery restaurant by the Asian Catering Federation; understands that more than 50 Asian restaurants were shortlisted, nominated online by the public and narrowed down to just a small number of winners to recognise the best Asian, Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Nepalese restaurants and takeaways in the country; is aware that the Zain’s team were presented with the award by the former Lord Provost of Edinburgh, Lesley Hinds, and Teddy K C Chen, from the Asian Catering Federation; believes that the Scottish Asian Restaurant Awards are a key event for the industry that celebrate not only the excellence of Asian and Oriental restaurants in Scotland, but also recognises the significant contribution the food industry makes to the economy in Scotland, and wishes everyone at Zain’s Curry House continued success in their future endeavours.
