As an amendment to motion S6M-01769 in the name of Michael Matheson (Global Ambitions for COP26), insert at end “; notes the Scottish Government’s commitment to develop an aviation strategy, and believes that, as part of this work, the Scottish Government should withdraw from its written agreement with Heathrow Airport to support the building of a third runway.”
