Sun Dancer, Nairn
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Nairn’s Sun Dancer restaurant on being awarded the Best Restaurant in Scotland at the Grand Final of Scotland’s Business Awards; notes that the Sun Dancer prides itself on offering the best available local produce from the sea and from Scottish producers; acknowledges the importance of restaurants such as the Sun Dancer in providing support to local producers, and as a local employer in Nairnshire; considers that it provides a unique and vibrant place for visitors from near and far to experience great Scottish produce in a stunning setting overlooking the Moray Firth, and wishes the Sun Dancer well in the future.
