Ayr Students Help to Launch Recycled Clothing Competition
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Katie and Summer, who are pupils at Wellington School in Ayr, as they showcase their talent for dressmaking by using only recycled materials; notes that they are taking part in the initiative, Junk Kouture, which is helps young people who want to express their creativity and make a positive impact on climate change; notes that, if they are successful in the initiative, their designs will be showcased at the Junk Kouture World Final, which will be judged by a prestigious celebrity panel, and wishes Katie and Summer well with this and for the future.
