NHS Lanarkshire and VR Group Receive Highest Accolade for their Support of the Armed Forces
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates NHS Lanarkshire and Hamilton-based recruitment firm, VR Group, on being awarded Gold Employer Recognition for their support of the Armed Forces; acknowledges that the award is given to organisations that employ and support Ministry of Defence staff, including reserves, regulars, veterans and cadet force volunteers; commends both organisations for their commitment to, and advocacy of, the Armed Forces Covenant, and understands that both organisations have achieved the highest level of recognition, with such recognition reserved for those organisations demonstrating the strongest commitment to supporting the military.
