National Lottery Heritage Fund Supports Projects in Aberdeenshire West

The motion
That the Parliament commends the UK’s National Lottery Heritage Fund for providing £15,913,393 to support 12 land and nature projects in Aberdeenshire West since 1994; understands that it has supported a total of 501 projects since 1994, with an overall investment of over £205 million into land and nature projects to help protect Scotland’s natural heritage; further understands that it recently awarded over £12 million to Cairngorms 2030: people and nature thriving together, to preserve the UK’s biggest national park and help bring communities together to improve wellbeing, and thanks it for its continued support for local community projects.
