Scottish Land and Nature Supported by The National Lottery Heritage Fund
The motion
That the Parliament welcomes what it considers the significant investment in Scottish land and nature projects by the National Lottery Heritage Fund since its creation in 1994; notes that the National Lottery Heritage Fund has supported 501 such projects in Scotland; understands that this represents investment of over £205 million so far, to protect natural heritage in Scotland; further understands that Glasgow Kelvin has received £10,541,900 across 11 projects; encourages new and existing heritage projects to contact the National Lottery Heritage Fund for support, and welcomes the work of Scotland director, Caroline Clark, and her team, supporting heritage projects in Glasgow Kelvin and across the country.
