Alcohol Awareness Week 2021

The motion

That the Parliament recognises that 15 to 21 of November 2021 is Alcohol Awareness Week in the UK: acknowledges this year's theme, Alcohol and Relationships, aims to raise awareness of the connection between alcohol and people's personal relationships; understands that one in three people will be affected by alcohol-related problems and recognises the effect that the COVID-19 pandemic has had on people's relationships, both with others and with alcohol; commends campaigners seeking to create awareness and positive change on this issue; encourages all who can to get involved in Alcohol Awareness Week, and wishes everyone connected with it the very best.
