Keep Scotland Beautiful Award for Cultivate Aberdeen
The motion
That the Parliament recognises that Cultivate Aberdeen has won an It's Your Neighbourhood Award 2021 - Level Four for Thriving; notes that the work Cultivate Aberdeen does helps to build community resilience, wellbeing and food security, alongside educational services in the community in areas of horticulture, wildlife and the environment; commends the work of every incredible volunteer who has helped litter pick, garden, create crafts, grafted trees, built insect houses and fundraised, and understands that this award recognises the environmental and social impact that Cultivate Aberdeen has had in the city.
