Queens View Harbour Care Home Officially Opens in Troon

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates the Queens View Harbour Care Home in Troon, which has now officially opened its doors; notes that the purpose-built care home on Templehill is home to 19 service users; acknowledges that it includes a cinema room, hairdresser, nail salon and views of the marina; notes that it opened to residents on 22 July 2021 but that, due to COVID-19 restrictions, they were initially unable to celebrate the occasion fully; understands that the residents are enjoying the facilities, with the home taking a friendly and personal approach to their care, and wishes the home well as it provides residents with the support that they need.
