Grandview and Mains House Care Homes Win Trailblazer Award
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Grandview and Mains House, which are independent care homes based in Grantown on Spey and Newtonmore, on winning the Trailblazer Award at the Living Wage Scotland Awards; understands that this award is given to employers that stand out in their industry due to their commitment to the Living Wage, and who set an example to others by actively promoting their accreditation in a range of forms; recognises the importance of valuing the vital contribution of all staff working in the care sector, and commends Grandview and Mains House for their continuing commitment to invest in their workforce.
