Falkirk FC Foundation CAMHS Programme Awarded Best Community Football For All Project
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Falkirk Football Club Community Foundation for being awarded the SFA National Grassroots Award in the Best Community Football for All category for the Club's Children and Adolescent Mental Health Services programme; notes that the Foundation delivers a football-based programme, in partnership with NHS Forth Valley’s Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS), for young people who are between the age of 7 and 16 years and accessing the CAMHS service, and understands that there is more of a need now than ever before for this programme, in light of the reported increased waiting times for CAMHS services.
