Wishaw Butcher Shortlisted in Scottish Bakers Annual World Championship

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Wishaw Butcher, James Chapman (Butchers) Ltd, for being shortlisted for its scotch pies in the Scottish Bakers Annual World Championship; notes that Scottish Bakers Chief Executive, Alasdair Smith, took the pleasure in announcing the shortlist; understands that the shortlist was agreed by over 50 judges, from over 70 butchers and bakers who delivered more than 400 pies and across 11 different categories, and notes that the winners will be announced at a lunch being held at the Westerwood Hotel, Cumbernauld, on 18 January 2022.
