Sheila Arthur, CEO of Community InfoSource
The motion
That the Parliament notes that Sheila Arthur has retired as Chief Executive Officer of Community InfoSource, after 15 years with the charity in various important roles; acknowledges the significant impact Sheila Arthur has had in the sectors that support refugee, migrant and minority ethnic communities in Glasgow for 21 years; understands that Community InfoSource undertakes three crucial projects in Glasgow: Challenging Violence Against Women, Asylum Seeker Housing, and Women Asylum Seeker Housing; thanks Sheila Arthur for her work so far in supporting, empowering and educating refugees and asylum seekers regarding their housing rights; understands that Sheila will continue to serve as a trustee of the charity, and warmly wishes Sheila Arthur and Community InfoSource all the best in the future.
