McArthur Scott Recognised in the Best Estate Agent Guide 2022

That the Parliament congratulates Gourock-based estate agents, McArthur Scott, on being recognised as an "exceptional" firm in the Best Estate Agent Guide 2022; understands that the guide, which is supported by Rightmove and Property Academy, recognised the business’s "outstanding level of service and care towards prospective clients" by awarding it gold accreditation in its latest edition; notes that the award means that the property firm is ranked in the top 5% of the UK’s estimated 15,000 estate agency brands and companies; believes that this accolade is a credit to the hard work of the company’s staff in a relatively short period of time, with Fiona McArthur setting up the business in 2018; acknowledges that, despite the COVID-19 pandemic, McArthur Scott is already competing with some of the UK’s top estate agents; commends Fiona’s approach to the sector, as she aimed to bring a customer service twist to the estate agency world, having previously worked in marketing and customer service; recognises that the company is hoping to secure premises outside of Inverclyde to help with further expansion, and wishes Fiona and her team all the best for the future.
