Blooming Inverkip Praised by Keep Scotland Beautiful

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Blooming Inverkip on receiving an outstanding rating from Keep Scotland Beautiful (KSB); understands that this is the highest rating that can be given to an organisation as part of KSB’s It’s Your Neighbour campaign, which recognises community participation, taking responsibility for the environment, and achievement in gardening; believes that this award is a reflection of the dedication of the green-fingered team which looks after the community garden; commends the team's continued efforts to engage local schools and groups in its activities, and wishes Blooming Inverkip all the best for the future.
