Brew Toon's Trevor Sproule Wins Scotland's Brewer of the Year

The motion

That the Parliament applauds Trevor Sproule, Head Brewer at Brew Toon in Peterhead, on winning Brewer of the Year at the 2021 Scottish Beer Awards; notes that this is Brew Toon's eighth award in four years; commends Brew Toon, which was established in 2017, and is understood to brew its beers in small batches and strives to use local ingredients wherever possible, and congratulates Trevor Sproule, and everyone involved with Brew Toon, for a successful event, and passes on its best wishes for every success in the future.
