Congratulations to Banffshire and Buchan Coast's new MYSPs

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Banffshire and Buchan Coast's new Members of the Scottish Youth Parliament (MSYPs), Jenny Buchan and Beth MacKay, on their recent election; welcomes all the new MSYPs and wishes them a fulfilling time in their role; recognises the vital work that the Scottish Youth Parliament carries out in the democratic process, which gives a voice to the young people across the nation; thanks all who have previously carried out the role of MSYP for their democratic and public service, and calls on MSPs across the political spectrum to work proactively with MSYPs to build a better Scotland today and on into the future.
