Inverclyde Bothy’s Health Walk Project
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Inverclyde Bothy’s Health Walk Project, which is managed by Cycling UK, on being named the Health Walk Group of the Year at Paths for All’s Volunteer Awards 2021; understands that the group organise seven walks every week for people of all levels, ages and abilities, bringing the community together to socialise, while staying active; believes that this award reflects the dedication of the volunteers and walkers who have helped the group go from strength-to-strength; encourages others looking to stay, or get more, active to consider joining a local walking group like Inverclyde Bothy, and wishes the group all the best for the future.
