Bellshill and Mossend YMCA Receives National Lottery Funding

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates Bellshill and Mossend YMCA on its successful application to receive £10,000 from the National Lottery Awards for All Fund, which will enable it to carry out repairs and improvements on the YMCA Hub; recognises what it sees as the role that the National Lottery plays in supporting good causes across the country; notes what it sees as the important work the YMCA does to support young people and families in Bellshill and Mossend, and understands that the Bellshill and Mossend YMCA has raised £689.50 during its festive fundraiser and that it is coordinating donations for Christmas hampers and a winter coat appeal.
