Success for Allegria Italian Eatery at the Scottish Italian Awards 2021

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates the Allegria Italian Eatery, which is located on Largs seafront, and its owner, Maria Tims, on winning the Best Newcomer Award at the Scottish Italian Awards 2021; understands that the restaurant offers classic Italian dishes, which are prepared with love and passion, with the best available fresh seasonal produce; notes that the restaurant opened in August 2021, following a three-month, £100,000 refurbishment; understands that, since then, it has delivered a high standard of service to customers, was shortlisted for the award only two months later, and made the final due to the support of the local community, and wishes all at Allegria Italian Eatery the best in the future.
