Recognising the Efforts of Fife Lodge in the Aftermath of Storm Arwen
The motion
That the Parliament recognises what it sees as the efforts made by the Fife Lodge in Banff to offer support to those who were faced with no electricity, no running water and who were generally in need in the aftermath of Storm Arwen; thanks all who rallied to offer food, hot drinks and who opened their properties to others in the area, in what it considers was a truly selfless act, and commends what it sees as the sense of community shown by everyone at the Fife Lodge Hotel, who, it understands, helped to ensure that the residents of Banffshire and Buchan Coast got hot food and drinks during this incredibly challenging time.
