North Berwick Named as the Best Place to Live in Scotland

That the Parliament notes that North Berwick has been named as the best place to live in Scotland; further notes that North Berwick claimed the title of the top Scottish location in The Sunday Times' best places to live in the UK list; acknowledges the quote in The Sunday Times, stating that "This handsome seaside resort has plenty of positive energy — it’s no wonder urbanites come here to recharge"; further acknowledges that the town is joined by 10 other beauty spots across the UK, including winners of best places to live in Northern Ireland, London, Wales and more, and encourages those looking for a break to visit North Berwick and enjoy the warm hospitality that it has to offer.
