Congratulating the “Just One Bottle” Campaign and Refill Stores Across Aberdeenshire

The motion

That the Parliament congratulates the zero waste refill stores across Aberdeenshire for taking part in the “Just One Bottle” campaign; notes that this is a UK-wide campaign, which aims to encourage people to do their bit by refilling a single bottle they already have, rather than buying a new one, and therefore helping to reduce the use of plastic; understands that refill shops across Aberdeenshire are doing fantastic work by offering people the opportunity to reduce their use of plastic and shop more sustainably; applauds the shops promoting the initiative, including the Butterfly Effect, Bare, The Re: Store, Refillosophy, Deeside Re-fill, and Wholehearted Refillery, and their role in helping to reduce the use of plastic, and hopes that this work can continue in the future.
