Highland Singer Becomes Finalist in BBC Radio Scotland's Young Traditional Musician 2022
The motion
That the Parliament congratulates Highland singer Saffron Hanvidge in becoming a finalist for the award of BBC Radio Scotland’s Young Traditional Musician 2022; recognises what it considers Saffron’s fantastic talent and important contribution to traditional music; acknowledges the importance of young people’s contribution to music in Scotland, and the dedication and hard work that this takes; commends Saffron on this wonderful achievement, and wishes her every success in the future.
