The motion
As an amendment to motion S6M-03044 in the name of Neil Bibby (A People’s ScotRail), insert at end ", and calls on the Scottish Government to expand the use of railcards so that everyone is eligible to get the benefit of rail discounts and will be encouraged to take climate-friendly transport, based on the model that already exists throughout London and the south east of England."
