As an amendment to motion S6M-03098 in the name of Keith Brown (A New Vision for Justice), insert at end “, and urges the Scottish Government to publish a route map with milestones for increasing the provision of throughcare support and purposeful activity in prisons, the lack of which has increased the likelihood of people reoffending and causing damage to communities.”
