Scotland’s Renewable Energy Industry - Supply Chain Impact Statement 2021

The motion

That the Parliament welcomes the publication of Scotland’s Renewable Energy Industry - Supply Chain Impact Statement 2021, A Snapshot, by Scottish Renewables, which, it understands, highlights 32 suppliers working across renewable energy technologies; recognises the companies and organisations which, it believes, are utilising their expertise, skills and capabilities to work towards delivering what it sees as a just transition to renewable energy; acknowledges the range of supply-chain projects that are taking place across the country; commends what it sees as the world-leading innovation that is happening across the renewable energy supply chain, and welcomes what it sees as the strength of Scotland’s renewable energy supply chain sector, and the economic, environmental and social benefits that it brings to communities across the country.
